Job Requirements:
Regular attender of The Bridge Church upholding and modeling the Mission and Core Values of the church.
Prior experience in management: Coffee Shop, Food Service or Hospitality.
Skillset to oversee all aspects of running the ministry of the Iron Gate Cafe with excellence.
Ability to create and lead a team culture that leads to spiritual growth.
Part-Time: 10-12 hours weekly
